1: Purpose and cover given by the policy
B. Basic cover
The insurer will pay the beneficiary designated, the sum insured in the personal conditions, when the insured dies, within in the time period established for this insurance, whatever the cause of death, apart from those causes excluded in this policy. If the insured is still alive when this time limit finishes the insurance will cease to be valid and the premia paid to the insurer.
If, in the same accident, both the insured and spouse die, the insurer undertakes to pay an additional amount equal to the sum insured due to the death of the insured, but only when there are children, including adopted children, under the age of 18 and / or affected by total permanent disability.
